Roasted figs with fresh goat’s cheese, honey and nuts

Here is the recipe that I couldn't do without at the start of Autumn! These roasted figs with goat cheese, honey and nuts are very easy to make and can be enjoyed as an aperitif or as a starter with a small salad. I made them with fresh goat cheese but you can just as easily make this recipe with a drier Saint-Maure type goat cheese. And for the “delicious” touch, I would add that you can even use the ingredients of this recipe and make small toasts , on sourdough country bread… A delight!
