Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh asparagus, trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 lemon, zested and juiced (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Prepare Asparagus: Place the asparagus on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
Roast: Spread the asparagus in a single layer on the baking sheet. Roast in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until tender and slightly crispy.
