Peppermint Bark Ingredients: 12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips (or chopped semisweet chocolate) 16 ounces white chocolate chips (or chopped white chocolate) 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract 3/4 cup crushed candy canes Instructions: Prepare the Semisweet Chocolate: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Melt the semisweet chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth. Spread the melted chocolate evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Place in the refrigerator to set for about 20 minutes. Prepare the White Chocolate: Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth. Stir in the peppermint extract. Combine and Set: Pour the melted white chocolate over the set semisweet chocolate layer, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle the crushed candy canes over the top. Chill and Break: Refrigerate until fully set, about 30 minutes. Once set, break the bark into pieces. Enjoy your homemade peppermint bark
