Balsamic Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon honey
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine Ingredients: In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Add Oil: Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.
Adjust Seasoning: Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
Serve: Use immediately or store in a jar with a lid in the refrigerator for up to a week. Shake well before each use.
