Hyundai and Kia Seek to Enforce Individual Arbitration Against Customers

Hyundai is seeking to force individual arbitration, forcing vehicle owners to take disputes or legal actions outside of the courts. Effectively, weaken consumers rights to press the manufacturer to recall defective vehicles.
