Today i wanted to riff on: Taurine!
I've come to realize I make a TON of recommendations off-handedly to people and explain the same thing over time and time again.
I wanted to riff on the subject casually as I would with my friends and just pop up some stuff on screen to keep your attention.
Taurine is insanely good for preventing lowerback pumps and just generally as an ergogenic aid.
it's unbelievably cheap, even if using 5g a day! a Kilogram of Taurine typically won't cost you more than $30 INCLUDING shipping.
Going through Amazon brings this down to less than $25 most of the time.
meaning you get anywhere in the ball park of 200 or so servings out of a normal container (meaning it costs practically a DIME per serving to potentially resolve your problems during a workout.)
Realistically that will last you well over a year, maybe even TWO
(Again That's just around 200 sessions where you'll be hitting lowerback in some capacity and taking taurine pre-workout to mitigate the pumps.)
