I'll Do What It Takes
Then pay attention to the Words of this covenant, and do them, that you may act wisely in all that you do. You are standing today, all of you, before YAHWEH your Elohim; your rulers, your tribes, your elders, and your officers, every man of Israel; your little ones, your wives, and your foreigner who is in the midst of your camps, from the woodchopper to the one drawing your water; so that you should enter into the covenant of YAHWEH your Elohim, and into His oath, which YAHWEH your Elohim is cutting with you today; so that He may establish you today for a people to Himself, and He Himself be your Elohim, as He has spoken to you, and as He has sworn to your fathers, to Abraham to Isaac, and to Jacob. Deuteronomy 29:9-13 May be used in worship services. Verse 1 I see the light that guides their way, A people set apart, they humbly obey. Through every trial, their faith won't break, Oh, Yahweh, I'll do what it takes. Chorus I'll walk the path, no matter how steep, I'll learn Your ways, Your commands I'll keep. To honor Your name, my vow I make, Oh, Yahweh, I'll do what it takes. Verse 2 I’ve watched them rest on sacred days, In Sabbaths and feasts, they sing Your praise.
