Breath of Fire

Behold, the name of YAHWEH comes from afar; His anger burns; and is heavy as the uplifting of smoke; His lips are full of fury, and His tongue like a devouring fire. And like an overflowing torrent, His breath shall divide to the neck, to sift the nations with the sieve of vanity, and a misleading bridle on the jaws of the peoples. The song shall be to you, as the night when the feast is sanctified, and gladness of heart, as one going with the flute, to come into the mount of YAHWEH, to the Rock of Israel. Isaiah 30:27-29 May be used in worship services. Verse Before the thunder, before the flame, The Breath hovered, calling my name. Dust took form, the lungs drew deep, Spirit Divine stirred the sleep. Pre-Chorus It was there in Eden’s dawn, it was there at Sinai’s light, It was there when tongues of fire turned the darkness into sight. Chorus Oh, let it roar, let it rise, Breath of fire, ancient and wise.
