1. Hydrate Like Your Life Depends on It
Because, spoiler alert: it kind of does. Drinking enough water is one of the easiest things you can do for your skin. Dehydration leads to dull, tired skin—and nobody wants to look like a wilted houseplant. Aim for about 8 glasses of water a day, and if plain water bores you, add a slice of lemon or cucumber.
