Nowadays, many small and big businesses are increasingly using the internet as a source of recruitment. They advertise job openings in their organizations via the World Wide Web (WWW). In response to such advertisement, jobseekers send their Curriculum Vitae (CV) through an e-mail. Alternatively, jobseekers store their CVs in job portals from where prospective employers choose those CVs which match their requirement.
