This is a customer service position through Conduent. From the job description: "Customer Service Associate Work From Home $15.50/hr. Call center hours are 9:00 AM/ EST until 9:00 PM/EST 7 days a week. A typical work week will be 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, and will include a Saturday or Sunday. Usual work hour start times are between 10:00 AM/EST – 12:30 PM/EST. Training is conducted Monday through Friday with start times either 10:00 AM/EST, 11:00 AM/EST, or 12:30 PM/EST (4 weeks of training)."
