If you are constantly experiencing this
0:02
problem, your device ran into a problem
0:04
and needs to restart, but you have tried
0:07
all manner of settings and you've looked
0:09
for tutorials but didn't help you, then
0:11
let me show you how you can solve this
0:13
problem for once and for all. So, I also
0:16
experienced the same problem and I
0:18
couldn't find a solution online until I
0:20
realized that the solution is elsewhere
0:23
and not on settings. So for this
0:25
tutorial, I'm going to show you how you
0:27
can troubleshoot and solve this problem
0:29
on your desktop. So the first thing you
0:31
need to do is to unplug the CPU from all
0:33
the cables and then go ahead and open
0:37
your CPU. And as you can see, you can
0:39
easily open this by removing the upper
0:41
casing which is loosely attached. Then
0:44
from
0:46
here, so from here go ahead and locate
0:48
all your RAMs and then plug one by one
0:52
and then put them in safe and a clean
0:54
place that you can easily access. So for
0:57
my case, I have three RAMs and I'll go
0:59
ahead and unplug all of them one by
1:03
one. Just locate them, pull them out.
1:06
And for this you do when you have
1:08
plugged out all the cables and then go
1:11
ahead using a blower, blow your CPU. So
1:14
one of the reason why you are
1:15
experiencing that blue screen is because
1:17
of dust that has accumulated in your
1:20
CPU. And as you can see, there was a lot
1:23
of dust on this CPU, and this was
1:25
hampering the performance of my
1:46
computer. You might also want to remove
1:49
the CD ROM drive. you'll realize that
1:51
there's a lot of dirt that is beneath
1:53
it. So, go ahead and carefully unplug
1:56
this cables and remove. And as you can
1:58
see here, we had a RAM that was beneath
2:01
it. So, go ahead and blow in all these
2:04
hidden corners and make sure there is no
2:06
dust. So, this you can easily do using
2:09
your blower. And once you're done, it's
2:11
time to recit the RAM. So another reason
2:14
why you might be experiencing this
2:16
problem is because maybe one of the RAM
2:19
needs to be receded. So removing them
2:21
and blowing removing all the dust and
2:24
then reciting in their places should be
2:27
the perfect solution for this problem.
2:29
So when you're returning the rams, make
2:30
sure that they they are free from dust.
2:33
So blow them and make sure they are free
2:35
from dust. But avoid touching on the
2:38
edges of the rams, the golden part of
2:40
the ram. Avoid touching it with your
2:42
bare hands. And this solution you can do
2:44
it on your own. You don't need a
2:46
technician. You can just do it as long
2:49
as you have a blower or anything to blow
2:51
dust from your CPU. So now when you are
2:54
fixing the RAMs, consider the that that
2:56
gap the gap on the RAM. Make sure that
2:59
they are in place. They are aligned with
3:01
the slot on your CPU. So go ahead and
3:05
fix back all your RAMs and their
3:07
positions. And each time you fix the
3:09
RAM, you return the RAM, you press it to
3:12
make sure that it clips from both ends
3:15
to be sure that they are in their
3:17
correct positions. So the next thing you
3:19
need to do is to go ahead and return
3:21
this ROM, this CD ROM. And to do that,
3:25
make sure you also fix it in its
3:28
rightful place and that it is firmly
3:30
fixed. And with that, it is done. So
3:33
it's time to go ahead and return the
3:36
casing. Also make sure that the casing
3:38
is well and is firmly fixed in its
3:41
position. And usually the the upper
3:44
casing has hooks. So make sure that you
3:47
align the hooks properly and there is no
3:50
hanging part that can be seen. So from
3:52
this we are done and it is time to go
3:55
ahead and test and see if that problem
3:58
has gone because I had this challenge
4:01
and I really couldn't find any solution
4:04
online. So here I'll go ahead and return
4:08
all the cables while the power is still
4:11
off and make sure that everything is
4:14
firmly attached and then go ahead and
4:16
switch on your CPU and then let's wait
4:19
and see if it will power on. And look at
4:22
that we have the blue screen. It has
4:24
powered on. And look at that. Now we
4:26
have our computer up and running. And as
4:29
you can see, it is now displaying and
4:32
the problem has gone forever. That's how
4:35
you fix your computer starting each and
4:37
every time once and for all. So go ahead
4:39
and try this solution and let me know if
4:42
it solves your problem. So if you have
