Lowfields Business Park,
Elland,
HX5 9DA
🌐 - https://www.exertis.co.uk/
i found an unnamed building with no google maps info so i went on an investigation.
After speaking to a member of staff I found out it was a company called: Excertis (office supplies distribution)
Just after the drone flight I'm pretty sure the security guard tole me to F**K off. Let me know what you think in the comments!

you very
0:07
[Music]
0:15
much hey and welcome to the channel just
0:19
having a look at this building here
0:21
called
0:23
G6 bit of a
0:25
mystery to me when I was walking past
0:29
there's no signage on the front of the
0:31
building there's
0:34
no there's no description on Google maps
0:37
of what it is so I'll do a bit of an
0:39
investigation and see if I can find out
0:41
what it
0:42
is we have got a little bit of a gate
0:45
house with a guy sat
0:47
inside so we have walk up the little
0:50
public foot path we get the zoom come
0:52
out and see if we can find out what it
0:53
is
0:56
[Music]
1:07
so
1:08
yeah
1:11
j6 no signage on the building whatsoever
1:14
there's a little Gate House with
1:15
gentleman working on the roof got some
1:18
pallets some cars let say for the
1:20
business a bit further
1:22
back
1:23
cameras on every corner office is
1:26
upstairs main entrance just behind that
1:30
door Bri safe security so walk up to the
1:34
gates on this foot path and see what we
1:36
can
1:36
[Music]
1:48
see CCTV in operation images being
1:51
monitored for the purpose of maintaining
1:53
the security of the premises prevention
1:56
investigation detection of crime and
1:58
good property management the scheme is
2:01
managed by monague
2:03
Evans right so we'll have a quick look
2:06
and see if monu Evans comes up with
2:08
anything on
2:11
[Music]
2:19
Google Monte Evans comes up as a
2:22
Chartered Surveyors in London
2:32
there's nothing coming up with it saying
2:34
anything in elland about what's going on
2:38
so we don't
2:41
know got offices upstairs and
2:46
downstairs there's no signage
2:50
whatsoever about what it
2:53
is the guy out of the security booth has
2:55
just had a quick look there's a guy
2:57
going
2:58
in but yeah yeah so it's it's secured by
3:02
Brit a there's no electric charges of
3:05
what I can
3:06
see now I've got a bar to the car park
3:09
at the
3:11
back so it's a bit of an unknown one
3:14
unless it is a Depo Morgan montue
3:19
Evans it's a strange
3:25
one so yeah so we got the so we have got
3:27
the security booth don't just see top of
3:30
his head with that
3:36
window
3:38
what yeah it's a strange one there's a
3:40
guy in the security booth next door but
3:42
I don't think he's on private property
3:44
he's like a little Gate House at the
3:45
edge so I might go give him an ask and
3:49
see what it
3:55
is wait for DHL to go in stopping at the
3:59
barriers
4:01
lifted him up to get him
4:05
in so yeah so it's a strange I don't
4:07
know what it is so that's what I'm Ling
4:09
to look at watch this guy around this
4:11
corner if he can help me and see if he
4:14
can tell me what it is then we'll come
4:17
back and do some more filming
4:33
no I don't think he's in his boo
4:35
anymore right so we'll
4:38
uh we'll go back and have a quick
4:41
[Music]
4:52
look we is is quite a secure facility
4:54
because I've got the big two front gate
4:57
and a pedestrian gate
5:02
hey what's what's this
5:05
place dir what's what they do off
5:09
supplies in that oh fair enough it's
5:10
just not showing on Google so I thought
5:12
I just come and investigate yeah yeah no
5:15
oh fair enough
5:17
yeah January not oh fair enough that
5:21
explains it then brilliant thank you
5:22
very
5:25
much right so that is that investigation
5:28
over oh put the Drone up and have a
5:31
quick look see what it looks like from
5:33
the
5:34
skies and then we'll move on so with
5:37
that said and done it is time to Che to
5:41
the
5:42
skies only been here since
5:46
January I think he's going to go to
5:48
secure that I'm
5:51
filming this is not going to the main
5:54
entrance take
5:57
off all right so let's have a look and
5:59
see what you you look
6:00
like home Point
6:04
[Music]
6:07
updated again no solar panels and
6:10
Security man is looking at
6:15
me oh the do solers sorry I missed
6:19
it just the angle I was looking at the
6:23
screen office supplies that is the
6:26
proper in the back then where all the
6:28
pallets are all good coming coming
6:33
on yeah a good amount of solar panels
6:36
can't see any electric charge in the
6:39
Cara visitor spaces disabled
6:45
way a little G with the guy working on
6:49
top no I can't see
6:53
any man in the high visit is still
6:55
looking out of the
6:58
window let got looking the car packet on
7:00
the
7:01
back about 70
7:09
[Music]
7:18
M yeah loads of
7:23
[Music]
7:27
pallets skip so we can't see what's in
7:33
it couple of Vans loading
7:39
Bears smoking shelter just there with
7:42
the two people
7:48
in nice place keep out the van
7:56
[Music]
8:01
right so we will pull the Drone back
8:04
take a picture for Google Maps and move
8:09
on gentleman The Hive is and security H
8:13
is still having a good
8:15
look and we can let
8:19
him we got back quite
8:21
far Pyon a Pyon behind me but I'm a lot
8:24
higher than that
8:40
whoa
8:44
[Music]
8:53
[Music]
8:58
[Music]
9:04
okay
9:08
s this part bit attached to public
9:13
footpath would you not have your fences
9:15
at the end then if it
9:20
was
9:24
sorry okay
9:29
well I don't believe it is because the
9:31
gates would have been on the
9:34
end on the foot
9:36
path so I'm just in the publicly
9:38
accessible
9:46
[Music]
9:53
areas I don't know but I did think he
9:56
did say F off I might be mistaken but
10:01
so I can't challenge
10:02
that I don't think I'm on private
10:04
property
10:06
because it is a publicly accessible area
10:10
to come on
10:19
to right so I'll put the name of that
10:22
company in the description of the
10:26
video and we will see you in the next
10:29
