folks it is so easy the biggest tip I

have for you is to clean it when you get

just take that and you can see see that

we're using the slanted end of it and

rake any of them loose particles out and

then you can take a paper towel and just

wipe that out you know I really prefer

using this wood spatula it's not going

seasoning you use plastic you scrape it

through here it's going to melt on there

you use metal to clean it you're also

scraping off your seasoning now I've got

some hot water this just come off this

is going to steam don't put your face

there you don't want to use cold water

grape seed oil cuz it bonds well to cast
