I got some quick tips on how to make the
0:02
perfect fried egg.

Hey, we're out here at the Blackstone
0:06
and we got it fired up. It is preheated,
0:09
but this heat is on low. I'm just going
0:11
to spray me two spots in here. Lay them
0:14
in there gingerely. It always helps if
0:17
you just put a lid over it. This way
0:20
helps you get a little steaming effect
0:21
on the top of that egg so it don't take
0:23
it as long to cook, but it's also easier
0:25
to flip. A tip I can give you too,
0:28
grease that spatula. So when you run it
0:31
under that egg, don't nothing tear up.
0:34
You can see how these edges have got
0:37
lacy and puffed up. Give it one of them
0:40
layer back over there. It don't take it
0:42
long. If you want to put this back on
0:44
it, you'll cut your cooking time down by
0:46
about 15 20 seconds. You will, but take
0:49
that spatula after you get ready to flip
0:51
it again to put it on the plate and make
0:53
sure that everything is loose and then
0:55
sneak up on it. Then you just turn it
0:57
right over here. I wanted this over
0:59
easy. So, let's see. Oh, lookucky there.

Just the way I like my eggs. That
1:04
chicken did a good job. And the black

stone did
