Hey y'all come go go go go with me.
0:01
We're packing up. Going to cook on a
0:03
ranch.
0:08
In this box we have bowls, mixing bowls,
0:11
coffee cups, and of course a snouser
0:13
bowl. In this loadout box is all the
0:15
plates, coffee cups, extra bowls, tea
0:17
drinking glasses. We typically feed
0:19
about 12 to 15 cowboys. In this box we
0:22
have an assortment of laundry. Also some
0:24
extra plates in there, but we have a
0:26
littleler box that we always just keep
0:28
our tepee stakes in. Can't forget all
0:30
the Dutch ovens. And we got to have them
0:32
lantern boxes. In the neck part of this
0:34
trailer, we have bed rolls, tepee. We
0:37
got a bunch of chairs up in there. But
0:39
there's extra sidewall tarps, so if the
0:41
weather gets bad, we can close camp in.
0:44
Trailer's got a winch in it. We hook it
0:46
onto the front. If we're at a slope,
0:48
we'll always tie the the side by side on
0:50
the back to where it goes in pretty slow
0:51
and easy. I get a lot of questions about
0:53
how do we load Bertha? It's a whole lot
0:55
easier since she's got wheels on it and
0:57
there's a ramp on this trailer. We'll
0:59
put it in there, secure it in there, tie
1:01
it down to the wagon wheels. We're going
1:02
to always throw in some hardwood lump.
1:04
Even though all these ranches, most of
1:06
them have a wood pile. I don't want to
1:08
run short. Along with Smoky Woods, good
1:10
hardwood. The barrel always goes in last
1:12
because there's not room on the trailer,
1:14
but it always travels with water in the
1:16
barrel so it don't dry out. Safety
1:19
first. You got to have it. One more
1:21
thing we got to load the most important
1:23
food critic of all, the snails. Oh, I'm
1:25
just kidding, y'all. He don't ride in
1:26
the back. He rides up there in the air
1:28
conditioner in a bed. You know, when
1:29
you're on these ranches and you was just
1:31
pulling a regular pickup, you'll cream
1:33
the side of that bed and everything
1:34
else. So, we needed a flatbed and we got
1:36
one from Westgate Trailers. Thank y'all
1:39
for helping us load. We'll see you down
1:41
the trail.
