Woman Jailed for Having the Same Name as a Wanted Criminal

Jennifer Heath Box was wrongly arrested on Christmas Eve after a cruise, due to police confusing her with a younger woman who shared her name. Despite clear differences in age and appearance, she was jailed for three days, mistreated, and is now suing for wrongful arrest and negligence.
