The Sting Operation To Catch Criminals At The Super Bowl

Operation Flagship was a 1985 U.S. Marshals sting that tricked wanted fugitives into attending a fake NFL ticket giveaway. Using an elaborate setup with officers disguised as waiters, mascots and cheerleaders, 101 criminals were arrested on the spot.
