And that's what I like to use in my pecan pie. Now, you can get the pecan halves that are big and beautiful and decorate your pie and make it beautiful

I find it a little bit harder to eat like that, so I like mine already chopped, so that's why I make my pie

So I didn't have to ask her every time I needed one of her recipes. First thing I'm going to do is crack four eggs in my bowl

You already got enough in here with the stuff you're using. I keep my corn syrup in here because my husband has a guy, a corn syrup guy, so he gets it in bulk for me

If you don like bourbon and you don drink it you don want to use it for whatever reason just leave it out You don have to it just leave it out I love the bourbon flavor Use whatever brand you like

I'm actually going to put it on a cookie sheet as well. Easier to take out of the oven and put it in the oven on a cookie sheet

And the bourbon will leave just that slight bit of the alcohol burn off with that little

bourbon flavor, which I love. This is going to bake for one hour at 350 I going to put it right in the middle rack here and set my timer this time

Oh, before I let you go, I wanted to let you know that if you really don't like

bourbon but you do like Kahlua you could use Kahlua instead which also turns out

very well I use that I alternate sometimes I make it with bourbon sometimes
