and clouds is so pretty you can see the clouds just hugging all of the trees weaving in and out

of this incredible place and it's really amazing I saw photos of it during the sun but

So the next morning I woke up really early to venture to something remarkable

built into the side of the mountain a journey towards the Sumala Monastery Okay so I here I made it to a viewing platform

As you can probably hear, there is a ton of construction. I did not pick the right time to come here

But I guess that's what you get when you travel during COVID because I think they're doing the construction work while no tourists are here

Hopefully it'll be finished next year, so I advise you to wait. but this view is just incredible

okay for anyone who doesn't know this is a Greek Orthodox monastery and it's 300 meters up the mountain and

and it's beautiful. It was built in something like 349 AD I think, don't

quote me on that, which makes it over a thousand years old. A thousand years old

on the edge of a mountain. Incredible. That obviously explains why they're doing

restoration work but yeah I'm very grateful to be able to witness this

because people from all over the world come around to see this and I've just

got this whole view to myself. so guys I'm just on my way up to the action monastery there's a lot of

construction so I'm hoping I can actually see something but if I don't the view

from the bottom was worth it it's so so beautiful and there's someone playing

music just next to me. Honestly the walk up here is really really beautiful

it's winding across all the forests, really really beautiful. so i'm back in my apartment now that adventure was so incredible i'm so happy i went there
