4. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for 5-10 minutes to soften slightly. Roll out the dough on a lightly floured surface into a 12-inch circle.
5. Transfer the dough to a 9-inch pie dish. Trim the edges, leaving a 1-inch overhang. Fold the overhang under itself and crimp the edges.
