Philly cheesesteakHere's a classic Philly cheesesteak recipe for you:
### Ingredients:
- 1 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak
- 4 hoagie rolls, split lengthwise
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 large bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 8 slices provolone cheese
### Optional toppings:
- Ketchup
- Mustard
- Hot peppers
### Instructions:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil.
2. Add the sliced onions and bell peppers to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are soft and caramelized, about 8-10 minutes. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
