Chicken Alfred
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Season the chicken breast pieces with salt and pepper.
3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5 to 7 minutes per side. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
