Introduction:

Ingredients:
200g beef tenderloin or sirloin, chilled
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Handful of arugula leaves
2 tbsp capers, rinsed
30g Parmesan cheese, shaved
Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Crusty bread, for serving
Instructions:
Prepare the Beef: Wrap the beef in plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes to firm it up for easier slicing.
