hello everyone in this video we are
0:07
going to see how to configure terms and
0:10
conditions for Salesforce messaging for
0:13
web feature if you are making use of
0:16
Salesforce messaging for web and then if
0:18
you wanted your users to accept to the
0:22
terms and
0:24
conditions then in this video I'm going
0:27
to guide you step by step so that you
0:31
can configure it and then you can
0:33
utilize the Salesforce terms and
0:35
conditions uh configuration that is
0:37
available in Salesforce messaging for
0:39
web feature
0:41
the first step
0:43
is we have to go to the go to embedded
0:46
service deployment in Salesforce setup
0:48
so go to embedded service
0:50
deployments you would have already
0:52
created a channel and you would have
0:54
linked the messaging channel to your
0:56
embedded service deployment for
0:57
Salesforce messaging for web here click
1:01
edit settings in the settings section
1:10
there is a separate section called terms
1:12
and conditions you have to enable show
1:15
terms and conditions in prehat even if
1:18
you are not using prehat and still if
1:20
you want to show the terms and
1:22
conditions we have to enable this
1:25
feature enable this and let's say you
1:28
wanted to make sure the website visitors
1:33
should select this accept terms and
1:37
conditions before initializing the
1:41
chart let's say the users cannot
1:45
initiate the chat unless they accept the
1:49
terms and conditions then you have to
1:51
enable require users to accept terms and
1:55
conditions before chatting
1:57
once uh this uh configuration is uh
2:01
completed click
2:03
save and click publish
2:07
button wait for the
2:10
uh deployment to be published you will
2:12
receive an email once the changes are uh
2:15
published once you receive an email then
2:18
you can test it
2:20
you can test
2:22
it using test messaging from the
2:25
embedded service
2:27
deployment or you can test it from your
2:30
third party site where your embedded
2:32
service deployment code is
2:36
hosted here if I try to click start
2:39
conversation it won't allow me to start
2:41
the conversation it will allow only if I
2:44
can accept it in order to change this
2:49
content you have to go to set custom
2:53
labels in the custom label section
2:56
select pre-Chat in the chat group in the
2:58
label group select terms and conditions
3:02
in the label
3:03
type select
3:05
standard and here you have to update the
3:09
terms and conditions label if you are
3:12
having multiple languages then you can
3:14
translate it in multiple
3:16
languages if you wanted to create this
3:19
particular uh placeholder link then you
3:23
can make use of this one so for example
3:25
here terms and
3:29
conditions and then if you
3:32
use
3:34
site you can copy this and then you can
3:37
paste it here in the terms and
3:39
conditions label so that it will display
3:42
like
3:53
this please check the video description
3:56
