Hello everyone. In this video we are
0:09
going to see how to configure Salesforce
0:13
Agent Force alerts.
0:16
If you open Agent Force Studio app under
0:20
observe and optimize
0:22
uh section you should see alerts.
0:28
Under this uh alerts we can make use of
0:31
uh create alert button and then we will
0:33
be able to create alerts.
0:36
Let's look at this sample alert. So here
0:40
I have mentioned agent interaction
0:44
duration which is in seconds for the
0:46
employee agent force agent. This is the
0:49
agent force agent name and the metric
0:52
name is agent force interaction
0:54
duration.
0:56
When it should notify is whenever the
0:58
threshold is
1:00
at or above 60 seconds. So whenever the
1:03
agent interaction is greater than 60
1:05
seconds for this employee agent force
1:07
agent then it should notify.
1:11
As of now it will be notified via email.
1:15
In order to set it up,
1:19
we have to
1:22
configure
1:23
or complete all the steps that is shared
1:26
in this blog uh post.
1:28
So
1:30
we we should have data cloud. Make sure
1:32
you are you have enabled
1:35
Einstein generative AI feature. Make
1:37
sure agent force is enabled. We should
1:40
also enable agent force uh session
1:43
tracing. So make sure you com you you
1:46
enable all these uh features. Once all
1:49
these features are enabled,
1:54
next you have to enable agent health
1:57
monitoring. In order to do that, go to
1:59
Salesforce setup.
2:02
Search for Einstein monitoring.
2:11
Okay. Einstein audit analytics and
2:13
monitoring setup. Under this,
2:17
since you have already enabled session
2:19
tracing, you should see an option called
2:22
agent health monitoring. So, make sure
2:25
this is toggled on.
2:28
Once that is done,
2:32
you have to go to agent analytics and
2:34
then you have to install the analytics.
2:38
In order to do that, go to agent
2:41
analytics in your Salesforce setup.
2:47
As of now, I'm using two types of agent
2:49
force uh types. So, I'm able to see the
2:52
analytics available for those two types.
2:55
Select this menu icon and then you
2:57
should see an option called install. I
2:59
have already installed. So, I can see
3:01
view agent analytics. I can manage and
3:04
monitor. I can uh uninstall or I can
3:07
reconfigure once it is installed. So as
3:09
of now the status is installed. If
3:12
you're doing it this for the first time
3:14
the status will be
3:16
um not unin uninstalled or uh uh ready
3:19
for installation. Once you see that as
3:22
the status you can make use of this menu
3:25
icon and then you should be able to
3:28
install it.
3:30
Okay. Once these initial configurations
3:33
are done, the next step is to create
3:36
alerts.
3:37
Refresh your agent for studio. Once all
3:40
the steps are completed
3:43
and go to alerts,
3:45
you should see a button called create
3:47
alert using which you should be able to
3:50
create the alerts.
3:53
After developing and implementing
3:55
Salesforce agent Force for
3:57
observability, you can make use of these
4:00
alerts.
4:05
Please check the video description. In
4:07
the video description, I have shared my
4:09
blog post. From the blog post, you
4:11
should be able to get all the steps we
4:13
discussed in this video for your
4:15
reference.
4:24
I hope it was helpful.
4:29
Thank you for watching.
