hello everyone in this video we are
0:09
going to
0:10
see how to secure the conversation when
0:13
we are making use of Salesforce
0:15
messaging for web if you are making use
0:18
of Salesforce messaging for web feature
0:21
and then if you want to remove or mask
0:26
sensitive information in the
0:28
conversation then we can make use of
0:31
sensitive data rules in Salesforce setup
0:35
we have sensitive data rules which can
0:38
be configured using regular expression
0:41
and then we will be able to either
0:43
replace or we will be able to remove the
0:45
text which are very sensitive in the
0:48
conversation
0:51
the first step is go
0:58
to sensitive data rules for enhanced
1:04
channels so if you go to this uh in
1:07
Salesforce setup make sure sensitive
1:10
data rules is toggled on if this is not
1:14
enabled or toggled on make sure it is
1:17
toggled on so enable this and then we
1:21
should be able to click the new button
1:23
and then we will be able to configure
1:24
the sensitive data
1:27
rules here we have to give the name the
1:31
developer name will be automatically
1:33
getting populated give a description for
1:35
your sensitive data
1:37
rule important thing here is this active
1:40
checkbox should be enabled if this
1:43
active checkbox is disabled then the
1:46
sensitive data rule will not get invoked
1:49
or triggered or
1:51
fired in the patterns we have to make
1:54
use of regular
1:55
expressions in the action we can make
1:58
use of either remove text or replace
2:02
text we can
2:04
control for which role it can enforce
2:08
this particular
2:10
uh sensitive data rule for example if I
2:13
select agent then it is only for the
2:15
agent if it is for the visitor then it
2:17
will be only for the website visitor if
2:20
it is for the supervisor then it is only
2:22
for the omni channel supervisor if I
2:25
select bot then only the bot
2:28
transactions will if it contains the
2:30
sensitive information then this
2:32
particular
2:34
uh data sensitive rule will get fired
2:36
for that conversation and then it will
2:38
try to find the matching information and
2:41
based on the action we have set it will
2:45
either replace or
2:47
remove i have created SS and
2:53
masking whenever it matches this regular
2:57
expression then it will replace that
3:00
particular text with this particular
3:04
text so I'm making use of X X if you
3:07
want to replace this
3:09
with star star that is also
3:14
fine let's see
3:17
it i have selected all the roles
3:20
priority as zero because this is my top
3:24
priority i'm giving I have saved
3:27
it let's invoke a messaging session
3:31
record
3:32
i'm going to say my SSN or
3:37
social number
3:39
is I'm giving a random uh
3:50
number you can use
3:53
this for my
3:57
contact so if I say it immediately
4:00
replace that
4:02
with the text we have configured it here
4:07
so the sensitive data rule will fire for
4:10
the messaging session each and every
4:12
conversation entry whatever we are
4:14
getting and then it will be able to mask
4:17
or it will be able to remove the text
4:20
completely if you use the action as
4:22
remove then it will remove that
4:24
particular content from your
4:26
conversation entry
4:32
please check the video description in
4:34
the video description I have given my
4:36
blog post from the blog post you should
4:38
be able to get the steps and the sample
4:41
rejects that was used in this video for
4:43
your
4:49
reference i hope it was helpful
