Mar 26, 2026
In part one, we looked at what happened to the main cast of ‘Seinfeld’ after the show ended in 1998. But the sitcom’s supporting characters also went on to build long and varied careers of their own.
Wayne Knight stayed active in both comedy and drama. He appeared in shows like ‘The Exes’ and ‘Hot in Cleveland’, and continued doing voice work in animated series including ‘Kung Fu Panda: Legends of Awesomeness’.
Next up there’s Patrick Warburton, who went on to become one of TV’s most recognizable voice actors. He starred in ‘The Tick’, ‘Rules of Engagement’, and became the voice of Joe Swanson in the long-running animated series ‘Family Guy’.
And then we have John O’Hurley, who found success way beyond acting. He competed on the first series of ‘Dancing with the Stars’ back in 2005, and later hosted the hit game show ‘Family Feud'.
As for Liz Sheridan, she continued working in television and starred in the 2009 romantic comedy ‘Play the Game’ alongside Andy Griffith. Sheridan passed away in April 2002, aged 93.
