In this video we are going to learn about the SciSpace Copilot. It's a Chrome add-on that's
0:08
going to make reading on the internet so much easier. Let's take a look at how it works. We're
0:15
gonna start by going to the Chrome Web Store and searching for the SciSpace Copilot. You'll find
0:21
the link in the description but once you click on that link let's go ahead and let's add this to
0:25
Chrome. Okay perfect our account is connected and now our Copilot extension is at the top of
0:35
our window and ready to be used. So now I can go to any article with text and as I read the text if
0:42
there's something I'm not sure of I can click on that Copilot extension and you will see a separate
0:47
window that will open to the side allowing me to ask any question. So how about the key takeaways
0:54
of this article or a summarization of the article. Now there's also several other options by default
1:07
you can see some of the suggestions here but it's not just that because what I can do is actually
1:13
highlight a block of text and now I can even summarize just this paragraph or I can ask our
1:20
Copilot to explain it. Now if I have a question that's not in the default topics I just want to
1:31
ask a question I can highlight my paragraph and I can type my question right over here at the bottom
1:37
left. There we go it was able to find the names of the apps that was discussed on this article. Now
1:47
keep in mind it's not just for websites this is a 28 page white paper from the company Seagate. Let's
1:55
say that I don't have the time to properly read this whole article rather than skimming the entire
2:01
article I'm just going to ask Copilot to summarize the entire 28 page white paper for me. And of
2:11
course after I do that I can ask follow-up questions so this can really be a time saver
2:17
So this is just one example of a fantastic website that's available through Syspace. This is the
2:24
Syspace Copilot Chrome extension. If you read a lot of text on the internet or if you have students
2:30
that read text this is one way that AI can actually work for you. Thank you so much for

watching this video. If you have any questions feel free to leave a comment below
