Best CRM Software for Startups
0:02
Hey guys, welcome back. In this video, I'm going to show you the best CRM platform for a startup for a company
0:09
that is just starting. As a complete beginner, what is the CRM platform that you should check out and how it works
0:15
What is the pricing plan, different features, pros and cones? That's what I will show you in this video
0:21
So let's get into it. First of all, there is a platform known as HubSpot.com
0:26
So you will go to HubSpot.com and you will land on this website, right here. HubSpot is a software that's powerful and it's a CRM platform that grows your business
0:38
With HubSpot, we have different dashboards. You will be getting a marketing hub. You will be getting
0:43
a sales hub, service hub, CMS hub and operations hub. So HubSpot is used for CRM, of course
0:50
for sales and everything and then we can create email marketing campaigns. We will be able to check our
0:56
tasks, our projects that we are creating and keep track of our customers
1:00
customer service. So that's how HubSpot works and it's actually really easy to get started and we can
1:05
get started for free. So it's a really good platform for a startup and it's very easy to use
1:11
Once you get to HubSpot, you can actually sign up with your Google account or you can use your
1:17
email address. So after the initial sign up or signing to your HubSpot.com, this is where you will
1:22
get. You can see on HubSpot, we have contacts. In contacts, we have our companies, calls, activity
1:30
feed, listen more. Then we have our conversions where we have inbox, chat flows, snippets and templates
1:35
We have marketing where we have ads, emails, lending pages, websites, and more
1:41
After that, we have sales. We have deals, task, documents, meetings, and more
1:45
We have services, automation, and reports. So with all of these different tools, HubSpot is actually all in one CRM for a startup
1:55
First, I will actually show you how to use it. So you get to context right here
1:59
click on contact and you will be able to import a list of contacts that you have already created and any
2:04
CSV file that you want to upload or if you want to create the context manually, you will be able to do so here
2:10
Here you going to click on create contact So you will enter the email address here So I going to quickly do that For instance we have a new customer for this email address So you will just enter their email address
2:25
And then we have to enter their first name. So I'm going to do that. Then we have to enter their last name
2:30
Then you will select a contact owner here. Job title, phone number, life cycle of this stage
2:36
For instance, we have like subscriber or lead. We have opportunity, customer or more
2:41
So what I will do is I will go with a lead. this is actually a lead. And then we have lead status
2:45
So if it's new, open in progress, so this one is actually new. Once I select new, then I'm going to click on create and a new contact will be created
2:54
right here in my contact list. You can see right here we have a list ready
2:58
So once a list is created, the context that you have created on HubSpot, we will be able to
3:05
do a lot with it. We can create email marketing campaigns. We will be able to create a, you know, company with this contact at
3:13
tickets and payments too. So you can see here attachments and memberships paybooks
3:19
Everything can be done within a contact on HubSpot. So here I can even add a note. I can send
3:25
an email. We can of course make a call. Then we have you know message or schedule a meeting or
3:32
an event. We also have log a WhatsApp message, LinkedIn, email, post mail. So we can also add
3:38
these now into a contact on HubSpot. So you can see once a customer
3:43
is added or a lead, we can do a lot here, we can even check out the activities
3:48
So it's a very good platform, all in one platform email marketing is available here
3:53
We can also create tickets and invoices. Now let's see how to create a ticket in HubSpot
3:59
So you will go to services and select tickets. So here we have tickets
4:04
You can see I have some of the tickets already created. Again, we have the create ticket option at the top
4:10
Click on create ticket and it's actually quite similar to what we saw. in our contact here we will enter a ticket name so let's just call it test two uh pipeline so you will
4:21
enter any pipeline here so i'm going to go with support we have a ticket status so here we will add
4:26
a new waiting on the contact or close so i'm going to go with new ticket description this is where you
4:31
will enter the description for the ticket that you creating let say it was actually a sign up process Let say sign up problem So that like the description for now Then we have sources So you select sources where we have chat email form and phone So I go with email This is my source
4:50
And then we will add a ticket owner where I'll add my team member. Then we have priority. In priority
4:55
we're going to go with hi. And then we have a create date associated ticket with contact. Here you will
5:02
associate a ticket to a contact that you created. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to actually, you know
5:08
link it to the contact that we just created inside our contact list
5:12
So that is why I wanted to show you contact first, because once you create a contact
5:16
then you will be able to create everything here. Then we have a company. We can create different companies on, you know
5:21
HubSpot in the contact section here. It's quite similar. You can also add then company to the ticket
5:27
Click on create and a new ticket will be added to your HubSpot
5:32
dashboard right here. And here, inside our ticket, we are getting create a note options
5:37
create an email, a phone call, email again, we have overviews, activities. And here I can see the
5:43
contact company and deals as well and different attachments. Now let me show you how to create a deal
5:49
For that, we will go to sales and select deals. So you can see in deals again, we have create deal
5:56
option, so we will select it. In order to create a new deal, we have to enter a deal name
6:01
let's just call it deal one then we have a pipeline so you will select if it's sales and more so i'm
6:08
going to go with the sales pipeline deal stage appointment scheduled then we have qualified to buy
6:13
a cent closed one or whatever you want to go for so this one is actually appointment scheduled
6:19
it's a new deal then we have to enter the amount of the deal for instance we have 10 000 for this one
6:28
so i will enter the amount here and then we have closed date deal owner i will select a team member here then we have a deal type so the deal type is a new
6:37
business priority in priority i'm going to keep it medium then we have select a contact so again we can
6:43
select a contact this one is actually for the discontic right here that i had already created so i'm
6:48
going to select it company so we go with this company right here and then we have an item so here we can select any item that we have already created or you can create a new item too So once you select an item click on create and your new deal will be created on HubSpot
7:04
So again, it will open it up that window for you where we can add a deal to a contact
7:10
It will also show me the company. It will show me the tickets that we have for this deal
7:16
the amount, the owner of the deal, everything can be added here. And we can quickly add payments or
7:21
deals or tickets from this option right here. So you can see if I wanted to create a ticket for this deal, I can just create from here
7:28
If I wanted to create a contact, I can create from this ad option. So this is actually really easy for us to do
7:34
We have quotes. We can also add like, you know, revenue attribution
7:37
We can add create attribution anything we want to write here. So this is the deal section
7:44
Creating anything on HubSpot is actually really easy. It comes to ads, email campaigns and landing pages
7:50
So all you need to do is just. go to any of these dashboards and you will click on create and create an email marketing campaign
7:56
You can create a website too. We have different website pages and a blog available
8:01
There's also a HubSpot, you know, pricing plan. So there is a pro version available
8:06
Some of the options will be available in that. We have automation where we will be getting sequences and workflows and reports where you
8:12
will get all the reports and ytics to your business that you have connected to HubSpot
8:18
We can even add easy payment methods. or we have dashboards here we can create reports invoices with hubspot let me show you the pricing plan
8:27
so you will have a better idea that how affordable hubspot is there are different suites and we have
8:33
CRM suit here the starter is going to be $30 per month if built monthly then we have a professional
8:40
for $1,200 per month and enterprise for $5,000 per month it depends on the number of employees or
8:48
number of teams that you have added. We also have some free tools available and you can see with
8:54
free tools we are getting the marketing tools, sales tools, services and CMS tools so you can also
9:00
try HubSpot for free. So HubSpot is the best CRM for startups. Go ahead and check it out. I hope that I was
