Wmns Air Jordan 1 Satin Shattered Backboard | How Many Made | Market Value

Feb 20, 2025
In today’s post, I’m trying to figure out how many pairs were produced; to do this, I usually take an inventory of how many stores are getting the shoes first. And then I make an assumption of the number of shoes per store and calculate the total based on that. Because of time constraints, I will not use that method today. I’ll just make a few assumptions and make my prediction based on that. Subscribe to Housakicks: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZPK... Visit Housakicks: https://www.housakicks.com

Hey, what's up guys
0:03
This is Typh from Huss of Kix. Busy, busy, busy week, man
0:08
I've been kind of just caught up with a lot of work on my regular job
0:13
So putting out, like, stuff has been extra hard, you know what I mean
0:17
And it ain't like we're getting paid to write stuff on our website
0:21
So it's been really hard for me to, like, find time, cover time to, like, do these videos
0:27
But I've had a lot of things that I wanted to share with you guys, but I didn't get a chance to, and some of it is too late now
0:32
because I feel like the information is out and I don't want to keep beating down on a dead horse
0:38
Now, so today what I'm doing for you is I'm trying to figure out
0:42
how many pairs of those Jordan 1 satin shattered backboard Jordan brand made for the women's
0:49
Now, I actually wrote about these shoes a couple of weeks ago. Actually, let me go to the article
0:55
We'll see if you can find it here. And actually I wrote about, I wrote a little bit about it for the fact that they were like a guinea pig because these shoes are like $160
1:05
That's like main price. Women's shoes are usually 120 and 140. So I wonder why Jordan Brandy's charging this much, you know, and all of a sudden they all want to be all about women, you know, and they're seeing the market there
1:19
So I actually wrote about it saying if you want, you can go on the website and then read the entire article
1:25
I'm not going to waste time on that today, so I don't want to do that to you guys
1:30
So I'll stick to the topic at hand. So trying to figure out how many pairs of these shoes Nike made All right So to do it I made a few assumptions Usually I talk about the fact that I try to figure out how many stores I get in the shoes and then I make some assumption based on the numbers per store
1:46
But I'm not going to do that today because of time constraints. So what I did was I came up with a, I came up with the fact that actually, let me show to you
1:54
Let me share that with you instead of me talking. Let me share that
1:58
Let me get to it. It's actually on my computer here. Let's go to it
2:02
So, you know, I came with an assumption that footlock and the river is, which is food action, champs and all their stuff, they get about one-fourth of the end, and total in inventory Nike mix
2:15
And then that's, that's like I think it's pretty feasible. I think I'm not like exaggerating here
2:21
And each rule footlocker will probably save about 24 to 36 pairs
2:26
Now, full footlock online will probably get about the same amount that the entire locations are getting physically
2:31
So these are the assumptions that I made prior to writing this article
2:35
So based on that, so we can try to come up with a number. Now, I'm going to assume that, like I said on here, that each foot locker store
2:43
will receive about 36 pairs. And because I went to one of my local foot locker manager, and he told me like a month ago
2:50
that some stores get like 108 pairs. So to be like, to be fair, I said, well, if some places get like 108, some of my place
3:01
get like 12 or 24, let's try to figure out an average. And I came up with 36
3:06
Now, I counted about 77 foot locker stars like, then you can always go back on foot locker online
3:11
and see the locations and then 22 foot action locations are getting them Champs and East Bay didn have the shoes listed on their release calendar so I not going to consider those Now to find the total number I just did 77 times 36 simple math simple logic for foot locker
3:27
and then for foot action 22 times 36. I could I just read 99 times 36
3:32
but I want to separate them so people see what I'm actually doing. Now, I came up with 3564, which is roughly 4,000 pairs
3:39
and if you add the online store, we end up with 8,000 pairs in total. right now full locker received by one four for the entire inventory the total pair is made
3:48
therefore it's 8,000 times four which is 32 thousands like I say here this seems pretty
3:53
feasible to me and the reason why I'm saying that is because I'm going to show you something
3:57
else that's going to kind of blow your mind a little bit here let me see what these things this thing is now I recorded about um 17 to 20 sales on eBay this is to figure out the market
4:07
value of the shoe and that's again solidify the fact that the shoes are limited because when I
4:13
came up, I went on eBay. I don't want to use like other places because you can't
4:17
verify those sales. So I went on eBay in between April 28th and April 30th, about 17th per
4:23
of souls and they range between $3.99 and 600. So actually, I want to show you the numbers
4:29
so you actually know you see it because some people may think I'm like exaggerating. I want to
4:34
show you to you. You see this? Women's May 2nd. Now the price dropped down to like $500
4:39
a buck is still a lot of money man like five hundred dollars now let's see this is what i want to zero in on
4:45
may april 30th look they went up 600 600 600 600 600 600 600 600 and 400 and 400 90 on may the third that what size 8 now you see the shoes are coming on bigger sizes So I bet you some males are buying these shoes man And if you look here 549 and that April 28th
5:08
The dude probably realized, man, this shoes is picking up in value
5:12
He just went ahead and then bumped the price back up to like $5.50. Look at it
5:16
The same day, he realized, man, look, I'm sending a whole bunch of these. I can get some money for it
5:21
So I'm going to bump up the price. So I'm thinking that's the reason why I'm thinking the 32,000 person is an exaggeration
5:27
I'm thinking this is actually right. So basically, I'm going to go back to this slide
5:33
So the total came up for the 17% I recorded. The sales is 8,749
5:39
And if you divide that by 17 to get the average value, 515 or 514.65, which is about right
5:46
This is how much the shoes are going for. This shows, like I say, how limited the shoes are
5:50
And I definitely think 32,000 pairs sounds about right. Reseller are going to be all over this
5:56
So good luck getting a pair, like I said. It's going to be really hard to get. And actually, if you go on my website
6:03
I actually have a bunch of, like, stores for you that are getting the shoes
6:07
I think, and I put the list here. You can always go back here and then find it
6:11
Nike's getting it. DTLR is getting it. Kix U.S.S. getting it. Sneakers and stuff
6:17
Finish line, footlocker online. So you make sure you check. I hope this helps you guys
6:22
Like I said, 32,000 pairs in total. And I don't think I'm exaggerating
6:27
So good luck getting you a pair, man. And thanks for watching this. And stay tuned for more stuff like this
