3/4 cup non-dairy milk (such as almond milk or soy milk)

1/3 cup vegetable oil (or melted coconut oil)
Zest of 1 lemon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries (if using frozen, do not thaw)
