Stir-Fried Bok Choy Recipe π₯¬πΏ
Ingredients π±π₯
1 pound baby bok choy π₯¬
2 tablespoons vegetable oil πΏ
2 cloves garlic, minced π§
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated πΏ
2 tablespoons soy sauce π₯’
1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional) π¦ͺ
1 teaspoon sesame oil πΏ
1/4 cup chicken or vegetable broth π§
Salt and pepper, to taste π§

Prepare the Bok Choy π₯¬β¨
Trim off the bottom ends of the bok choy and separate the leaves. If the bok choy is larger, you can cut it into halves or quarters lengthwise.
