Salmon Patties Recipe ππ
Ingredients:
2 cans (14.75 ounces each) salmon, drained and flaked (skinless and boneless)
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped celery
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 large eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions:
Prepare the Salmon Mixture:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained and flaked salmon with breadcrumbs, chopped onion, chopped celery, chopped parsley, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
