Rich and Creamy Fettuccine Alfredo 🌹
Ingredients:
8 ounces fettuccine pasta
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
Cook the fettuccine pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a large skillet or saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally.
