Peach Ginger Smoothie πΉ
Ingredients:
2 ripe peaches, pitted and chopped (or 1 1/2 cups frozen peach slices)
1 banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Pit and chop the peaches if using fresh ones. Peel and chop the banana. Grate the fresh ginger.
