Nature’s Cereal Ingredients: 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced 1/2 cup coconut water (or any plant-based milk of your choice) 1 tbsp chia seeds or flax seeds (optional) 1 tbsp coconut flakes (optional) 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for added sweetness) Instructions: Prepare the fruit: Wash the pomegranate seeds, blueberries, and strawberries thoroughly. Slice the strawberries into thin pieces. Assemble the cereal: In a bowl, layer the pomegranate seeds, blueberries, and sliced strawberries. Add extras (optional): If desired, sprinkle chia seeds or flax seeds for extra fiber, and top with coconut flakes for a tropical twist. Pour the liquid: Pour coconut water or your choice of plant-based milk over the fruit mixture. Add honey or maple syrup for sweetness if desired. Serve: Stir gently to combine and enjoy immediately.
