🌹Fruit and Nut Breakfast Bowl 🌹
Ingredients:
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup mixed fresh fruits (such as berries, sliced bananas, mango chunks)
2 tablespoons chopped nuts (such as almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Yogurt Base:
Spoon the Greek yogurt into a bowl.
Add Fresh Fruits:
Arrange the mixed fresh fruits on top of the yogurt.
