Crab Rangoon Recipe π¦π₯
Ingredients π±π₯
8 ounces cream cheese, softened π§
1/2 cup crab meat, canned or fresh (drained well if canned) π¦
2 green onions, finely chopped π§
1 clove garlic, minced π§
1 teaspoon soy sauce π₯’
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce π₯
1/4 teaspoon sesame oil πΏ
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper πΏ
24 wonton wrappers π₯
Vegetable oil, for frying πΏ

Prepare the Filling π¦π₯
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crab meat, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.
Assemble the Crab Rangoon πΏπ₯
Lay out a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Place about 1 tablespoon of the cream cheese and crab mixture in the center of the wrapper.
Dip your finger in water and run it along the edges of the wrapper to moisten.
