1 cup brown sugar π
2 tablespoons water π§
1/2 teaspoon salt π§
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar π
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract π¦
4 cups cream soda, chilled π₯€
1 cup heavy cream π₯
1/4 cup butterscotch topping π―

Prepare the Butterscotch Syrup π―π
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine the brown sugar and water. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
Bring the mixture to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to low. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in the salt, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract. Let it cool completely.
