Blueberry Almond Smoothie 🌹
Ingredients:
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 banana
1/4 cup almond butter
1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
Peel and chop the banana if not using frozen.
Blend the Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the frozen blueberries, banana, almond butter, almond milk, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract (if using).
