Ingredients:
1 cup mixed berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries), fresh or frozen
1 banana
1/2 cup Greek yogurt or plant-based yogurt
1/2 cup almond milk or any milk of your choice
1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseeds
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for extra sweetness)
Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie)
Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)

If using fresh berries, wash and hull them as needed. Peel and chop the banana.
