Baked Feta Cheese Pasta Ingredients: 8 oz (225g) pasta (penne, fusilli, or your choice) 1 block (7-8 oz) feta cheese (regular or vegan feta) 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved 3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp dried oregano 1 tsp garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste Fresh basil or parsley for garnish 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella or vegan mozzarella (optional) Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat) Instructions: Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare the baking dish: In a large oven-safe baking dish, place the block of feta cheese in the center. Surround it with the halved cherry tomatoes. Drizzle everything with olive oil and sprinkle the dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper evenly over the tomatoes and feta. Bake the feta: Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the feta is soft and golden around the edges, and the tomatoes are bursting and juicy.
