Ahead of her baby's arrival, a mom-to-be received a hilarious gift from friends and family – a photoshoot of them all posing in diapers, designed to lift her spirits during those inevitable late-night changes. The fun shoot took place during 27-year-old Laura Smollon's baby shower at her home in Charleston, South Carolina, when Laura was 37 weeks pregnant. She and her fiancé, Christian, 28, were a captain and a chef on a boat in the Caribbean, and both admitted that discovering Laura was pregnant came as a shock about what could become their new reality. The pair said they decided to look for humor in their change of situation, and when talking about what they were most daunted by, both agreed that the first six weeks – especially the middle-of-the-night changes and feeds – were what they were most concerned about.
