Submarines Surface Under Arctic Ice • ICEX 2018

Two U.S. Navy Submarines and a Royal Navy Submarine surfaced under arctic ice in the Beaufort Sea, Arctic Ocean during ICEX 2018 on March 21. Footage shows U.S. Fast Attack submarines USS Connecticut (SSN-22) and USS Hartford (SSN-768) surfacing. The third submarine in the video is HMS Trenchant (S-91).
