Do you remember the show "The Joy of Painting" on PBS? If you do, you certainly will remember its host and creator, Bob Ross. His easy smile and affable demeanor made it seem that painting was a joy all of us should partake in. The instructional television program ran from 1983 to 1994 and made Ross a popular television personality not only in America, but also in Latin America, Europe, and Canada.
