Do you often wake up with a puffy face or struggle with breakouts, panic, or sadness
0:09
This could be due to poor lymphatic circulation. The lymphatic system helps remove waste and excess fluid, but it doesn't circulate on
0:18
its own, so it's important to keep it flowing with the help of muscle movement and massage
0:24
That's why today I prepared a simple 5-minute lymphatic massage routine that anyone can
0:29
follow. By doing this daily, your skin will look clearer and you might even notice a more defined
0:35
join. So let's get started right now. The principle behind this 5-minute routine is very simple
0:40
Just like you open windows before cleaning your house, we'll first open up the pathways for
0:46
lymphatic fluid to flow smoothly. We have major lymph nodes in the armpits and neck, so we'll
0:52
start by opening these areas up to allow the lymph fluid from the face to drain properly
0:58
First, gently massage your armpits to open up the passage. Then stretch your neck to release any tension
1:06
There's no need to overstretch. Just go as far as feels comfortable
1:10
And don't hold your breath. Breathe in and out naturally. Use three fingers to gently follow the nature curve of your neck
1:19
And as you exhale, stretch it comfortably once more. Now take your gua sha and softly stimulate the hairline at the back of your neck
1:29
then gently sweep from your collarbone down to your armpit. This helps create a smooth path for the lymph to flow
1:37
Next, we'll start massaging from your jawline to just below your ears
1:42
The area around the jaw and ears tends to collect lymph fluid
1:46
so it's important to stimulate it to help remove waste and lead to swelling
1:52
Move from your jaw to below your ear, then sweep down along your neck
1:56
across the collarbone, then toward your armpit to guide the fluid along
2:01
Now move from the side of your nose toward your cheekbones. The area around the cheekbones is another place where lymph tends to stagnate Gently massage from the nose past the cheekbones to the front of your ears and once again finish by guiding the lymph down from the neck to the collarbone and then toward the armpit
2:21
Start by gently massage under the eyes, moving toward the temples, then just like before sweep
2:28
down past the ears, along the neck, across the collarbone, and toward the armpit to help the
2:34
fluid flow naturally. For the health of eyes, lightly simulate the area between your eyes
2:39
eyebrows and along the brow bone. Finally we'll move up to the forehead. Since the
2:44
forehead is the last place where lymph fluid flows, finishing here will complete the entire
2:50
lymphatic drainage. Suit from the forehead to the temples, then one more time guide the
2:56
fluid down past the ears along the collarbone and to the armpit. And you will do the same
3:02
process on the right side. Lastly we'll finish with a gentle massage using both hands. We'll
3:08
make sure all the waste we've gathered is fully drained like opening a window to let the pressure
3:14
in. First use two fingers to stimulate the area around your ears then gently roll from below the
3:21
ear down the neck and press lightly on the collarbone before sweeping toward the armpit. Finish
3:29
with a soft massage of the armpit and we are all done. Let's take a b4 photo right now. Follow along
3:35
with me for just five minutes a day and in two weeks take an after photo to compare. You will
3:41
be amazed at the result. Comment the date you are starting your two-week routine and let's cheer each
3:46
other one. I'll be checking in daily too. Thank you so much and I will see you in the next video. Bye
