Before applying in the online application system, please get ready of the following documents

Now, one important thing here is the foreigner physical examination form. So if you are not in China, then you need to go through a physical examination

but now let's start our application process. As you can see, step one is the register account

and activate it. USTC only accepts online application. If you have applied online successfully

there is no need to send us the hard copies. Now, step one is registering your account and

student service system. So we go here and click on register. And then we have an agreement

Now, as you can see, our application status is filled in. When we submit it, it becomes in process, which means it's waiting for a review
