Moen Flo Users Must Migrate to the New Moen Flo App Before August 15 to Continue Managing Smart Water Devices

Moen announced a platform consolidation that replaces the Flo by Moen app with the new Moen Flo app, a change that affects access to smart water features after August 15. The migration moves supported smart water devices, including the Smart Water Monitor and Shutoff and Smart Leak Detectors, into the Moen Flo app. Existing account data from the Flo by Moen app—devices, settings, water usage history, alert preferences, FloProtect subscriptions, and home configurations—will transfer. The legacy app will be discontinued later this summer, and non-migrated accounts may lose remote monitoring, leak alerts, automatic shutoff, device settings, and software updates. The update centralizes management and enables future improvements.
