Donald Trump has announced plans for a fresh summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin to discuss ending the war in Ukraine — just a day before he is due to meet Volodymyr Zelensky.The former president said he and Putin would meet “soon” in Budapest following a two-hour phone call he described as “productive”.
